Call, then send photos of the machine, the nameplate and the failed part. We can usually tell you within the hour whether it is a stock part or a machining job.

New project

Send whatever exists — a sketch, a product sample, a rate target. A short call beats a long specification at this stage.

A part number gets a price. A photo and a machine serial gets an identification, then a price.
